The Board of Directors at C.R.I.S.P. represent varying segments of the community and includes business, school, hospital, mental health, public health, parent, and faith community representatives. The Board of Directors oversees the governance of C.R.I.S.P. as a non-profit organization and meets quarterly. New Board of Directors members are nominated and elected by the Board whenever an opening occurs. Meetings are open to the public.
